PORN star Nikki Benz has sued adult film studio Brazzers as well as a director and co-star after she was allegedly submitted to waterboarding and punched in the breast.
Benz, born Alla Montchak, claims she was sexually assaulted while filming with co-star Ramon Nomar and director Tony T, during an unscripted scene in a December 2016 shoot.
Benz, 36, first claimed Tony T had choked her and stomped on her head in 2016.
But in her new lawsuit, Benz adds more detail about the alleged violence, TMZ reported, claiming she was gagged with her own underwear and "water was poured down her throat causing her to choke".
Nikki claims Tony threatened to not pay her if she didn't record an "exit interview", stating she would shoot with him again.
Her lawyer, Daniel Gilleon, told Adult Video News, Nikki is seeking $5,000,000 worth of damages for the alleged sexual assault and battery.
Shortly after the alleged incident took place, Benz appeared to claim she didn't consent to the scene.
On December 19 2016, she first tweeted: "I guess rape scenes are in now huh?"
Four days later she tweeted: "On set bullying, rape & violence should never happen.
"#NoMeansNo on camera, off camera. Just NO!"
Responding to a fan's comment on Twitter, she added: "The director himself put his hands on me and was choking me.
"Never in a million years did I think Brazzers would allow it."
Tony T and Nomar filed a joint lawsuit for defamation against Benz in 2017, claiming the statements she made on social media were untrue.
According to reports, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that Tony T's claim could move forward, but that case is stalled for now as Benz has appealed that ruling.
Brazzers launched a statement in response to her tweet, which said: "We have become aware of a controversy surrounding a recent shoot involving Nikki Benz.
"As most of you already know, we do not produce content ourselves but commission producers to do so on our behalf.

"We understand that this particular scene was an unscripted scene with the artistic direction left open to the producer's discretion.
"Brazzers does not condone nor does it tolerate conduct by producers that would jeopardise a performer's security or well-being.
"Given the allegations surrounding the production of this scene, Brazzers will thoroughly investigate its production, and, if necessary will take steps that are reasonably calculated to prevent the alleged behaviour from occurring."
